Tóco d'azur was founded in 1998 by Dutch entrepreneur Sylvia Tóth. Among other awards, she received the Dutch Businesswoman of the Year award and the Leading Women Entrepreneurs of the World award. After years of working together, in 2015 Patricia ten Have, a real estate agent and also a builder in the south of France, took over the company. Sylvia is still closely involved in the company.
Our team consists of about 5 real estate agents present on site, and an office team dealing with marketing, publicity and other commercial activities. The brokers are all qualified and are multilingual.

Patricia worked for many years in the Netherlands as a project manager in construction. Here, she was responsible for large utility and healthcare projects. In 2009, she moved to the south of France because of its attractive (living) climate and started her own estate agency in Nice. Once familiar with the French estate agency system, she also started building houses herself. In doing so, she sought collaboration with several architects on the Côte d'Azur. In 2012, Patricia merged her estate agency with tóco d'azur: Sylvia Tóth's company. In 2015, she took over the company entirely. As a former founder, Sylvia Tóth is still involved in tóco d'azur. Patricia's construction background and knowledge of the areas and places of the Côte d'Azur are of great value in the search and purchase process with a client. Patricia lives in Nice but is also often in the Netherlands. She can visit you in the Netherlands for a personal introduction and explain the French estate agency system.

Jens has been working at tóco d'azur since 2016. Jens studied Law in Amsterdam but was always very interested in the real estate sector. In the Netherlands, he therefore worked for a real estate agency in 't Gooi. The various contacts and bringing together buyers and sellers, with all their different wishes, is what makes the work so varied and challenging for Jens.
With his drive and no-nonsense mentality, he enjoys helping people with the purchase of their (dream) house or flat. Jens mainly works outside Nice. His knowledge of the region and the various villages and towns comes in handy.

Pieter has long been active in real estate in southern France. Finding a suitable house, flat or land and everything that comes with it is a process Pieter is happy to help with. Jeroen, originally a geologist, settled in the Cote d'Azur in 2000 and has been working in real estate since 2003.
He knows all the ins and outs of the different markets from Menton to Hyeres, has a large network and has a large number of off-market properties in his portfolio.
He listens to his clients and tries to find exactly what they are looking for, helping them with advice and assistance even after a purchase or sale.
Jeroen is also a sworn Expert Immobilier, and through his affiliation with C.N.E. (Centre Nationale des Experts Immobiliers) can carry out expert assessments of apartments, villas and land in case of divorce, death, sale from SCI etc.
